During the retreat, we will engage in various activities such as Qi Gong sessions, meditation circles, rituals, breath work and active sessions focused on embodying sound in all 5 Levels of consciousness, exploring the 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether; infused with Pure Vibration and Light.
Our experienced facilitators Annie and Anita will guide you through powerful exercises designed to release unwanted energy, awaken your intuition, re - pattern and enliven your body, and ignite your creative energy.
To celebrate the powerful energy of the full moon, we will have a magical full moon ceremony, where we set intentions, release anything that no longer serves us, and connect with the natural cycles of the moon.

Anita Cassidy Bowman
I believe that my appreciation for and ever-deepening connection with the natural world and greater cosmos has expanded my ability to energetically support others and myself, alongside the therapeutic qualities of world sound healing instruments and voice.
For 25+ years, I have explored the traditional vocal music therapy and devotional songs of India, integrating the knowledge I’ve gained into the meditation and
Nada (sound) Yoga classes I facilitated.
Anita is a trained and experienced teacher of meditation and she is also an Associate tutor and teacher/trainer with the Sound Healing Academy, international, which is now widespread throughout the world. She runs a thriving sound healing practice in Maleny, QLD - Sound and Serenity
Annie Ridgway
Annie is a fully qualified Sound Healing practitioner, a musician, and singer/songwriter who has led many workshops in singing and sound for over
20 years both in Australia and Overseas.
She worked as a Visiting Practitioner at the world renowned 5 Star Kamalaya - Spa and Wellness Centre in Koh Samui Thailand from 2012 – 2016.
With two Diplomas in Sound Healing through the International Sound Healing Academy in the UK, Annie is the Global Lead Teacher and Teacher
trainer for the Academy.
Annie runs a flourishing Sound Healing practice, called Lakshmi Sound Healing, in the Byron Shire, NSW and is the Global Lead in Education Training with the Sound Healing Academy. She facilitates Level 1 Foundation Certificate Courses and Level 2 Diplomas for 1-2-1 practice and for Groups.
